Welcome to TeeTalk AI. These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of our website, products, and AI-powered services (collectively, the “Services”).
By signing up for or using TeeTalk AI, you agree to these Terms.

TeeTalk AI provides automated receptionist and booking technology for golf courses and related businesses.
Our Services use artificial intelligence (“AI”) to manage calls, schedule tee times, and capture leads on your behalf.

These Terms apply to all clients and users of TeeTalk AI.

• 7-Day Free Trial:
  New clients receive a 7-day free trial beginning on the activation date.
  During this period, you may cancel anytime with no charge or obligation.
   
• Billing Commencement:
  On day 8, billing begins automatically for the selected plan (Par, Birdie, or Eagle) unless you cancel before the trial ends.
   
• 60-Day Back-Out Clause:
  From the date paid service begins, you have 60 days to cancel for any reason without penalty.
  All setup fees and charges already paid remain non-refundable, but no future balance will be owed.
   
• Annual Commitment:
  After the 60-day back-out window, your subscription converts to a 12-month agreement.
  Early cancellation after this period requires payment of the remaining balance for the contract term.
   
• Renewal:
  At the end of the 12-month term, your plan automatically renews on a month-to-month basis unless either party provides written notice of non-renewal at least 30 days before renewal.
   

• Plans:
   
  • Par: Missed outbound calls + text reminders
     
  • Birdie: 24/7 AI answering
     
  • Eagle: Full booking + automation
     
• Setup Fee: Half of one month’s service cost (waived during promotions).
   
• Promotions: Seasonal offers such as 50% off first 3 months may apply.
   
• Billing: Invoices are issued monthly in advance via secure payment processor.
   
• Refunds: Setup and active monthly fees are non-refundable once deployment begins.
   

By using TeeTalk AI, you acknowledge that:

• The AI interacts with callers or website visitors using your provided business information.
   
• You are responsible for ensuring course details, pricing, and policies are current.
   
• TeeTalk AI is not liable for misstatements or missed bookings resulting from inaccurate information.
   
• You may request call logs, chat records, or summaries anytime.
   

TeeTalk AI may record or transcribe calls and messages to improve service quality and accuracy.
Data is handled per our Privacy Policy.
You are responsible for complying with any state or local call-recording disclosure laws.

You agree not to:

• Misuse the platform or send unlawful/spam content
   
• Provide false information in your onboarding forms
   
• Attempt to reverse engineer or resell TeeTalk AI software
   

Violations may result in suspension or termination.

All software, designs, and trademarks (including “TeeTalk AI”) are owned by TeeTalk AI.
Clients receive a limited, non-exclusive license during their active subscription.

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

• TeeTalk AI shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from service use.
   
• Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you to TeeTalk AI in the previous 90 days.
   
• All AI interactions are provided “as-is,” without warranty of accuracy or outcome.
   

• Trial Cancellation: Free to cancel anytime within the first 7 days.
   
• Within Back-Out Period: You may cancel anytime within 60 days after billing starts with no further obligation.
   
• After 60 Days: Early termination requires completion or payment of the remaining annual balance.
   
• By TeeTalk AI: We may terminate for misuse, non-payment, or violation of Terms.
   

Upon termination, all AI routing and associated automations will be disabled.

We may modify these Terms as our Services evolve.
Updated Terms will always be posted at https://teetalkai.com/terms-of-service and become effective immediately upon posting.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Iowa.
Any disputes shall be handled in the courts of Des Moines County, Iowa.
